About New Career Skills Staff
Our tutors are all qualified and also have years of industry experience - they are great teachers, but they also know about life in the real world doing a real job.
Our Staff
New Career Skills (NCS) currently employs over 80 people across the UK. The fact that NCS receives so many recommendations, considerable media coverage and good reports is no coincidence, according to NCS Chief Executive, Steven Wines.
“The reason we are where we are today is due to the dedication of our workforce. We have a strict policy of only employing the most talented people, even if we have to wait to find them.”
“The fact that our staff are so talented and enthusiastic really rubs off on the students. We know our staff are doing a great job when we get calls from plumbers, electricians and builders that have been in the business for over 30 years asking if there are more students available for work in their area.”
At the interview stage of recruitment all staff are rigorously assessed and tested to make sure that they are best in field. All NCS employees have access to a number of training programmes and courses to make sure their knowledge and skills are always up-to-date. NCS believe strongly in the Continuing Professional Development of their staff. This means that students can rest assured they are getting the best possible training and support there is.
