Professional Property Marketer Training Courses
Following UK and European legislation in 2007 and 2008 residential properties, commercial properties, sale and rental properties and public buildings now need Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Floorplans, Inventories and Professional Photographs.
As a qualified Professional Property Marketer you can provide your clients with a comprehensive, business to business package, providing every one of these services. Your client base will be estate agents, commercial landlords, lawyers, residential owners and residential landlords.
Historically your clients would have had to hire two or three different people to produce the EPC, Inventory and Floor Plan. However as a qualified Property Marketer, you will be able to supply everything in one visit, saving your clients a great deal of time and money - they save, and you profit.
As a graduate of our training programme we will not only teach you the skills you need, but we will guide you in how to set up your own business or work for a network of property marketers through our preferred partner company, Total Property Marketing.
You don’t need any previous experience to train with us, and when you have qualified you will be in demand and able to work for yourself, work as part of the Total Property Marketing network or another similar organisation should you prefer.
Based on 2009 market data – fees that can be charged are up to:
£400 per residential property for sale
£500 per residential property to let
£1,200 per commercial property for sale
