Green Deal Code is looking to tackle unqualified installers working in the renewable technologies sector.
Green Deal
Following on from the government's announcement of the Green Deal last week, SummitSkills, CITB-ConstructionSkills and Asset Skills believe that the 'Green Deal Code' - an initiative where householders who use approved installers will qualify for Green Deal funding - will help tackle unqualified installers working in the renewable technologies sector.
This means that those wishing to reap the economic rewards of this programme will need to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to take part.
