Letter From The New Career Skills Founder

First of all let me welcome you to the New Career Skills (NCS) Web site. If this is your first visit then please take some time to have a good look around. If you are looking to change career and re-train, then before you leave, make sure that you Request an Information Pack about our courses and the options available to you.
Over the past few years New Career Skills has seen rapid growth. This growth has been down to the huge shortage of skilled and qualified workers in the construction industry and the fact that we offer quality job standard training and ongoing support and development.
This shortage of workers has been widely documented in the press and is a very real and current issue that New Career Skills are endeavouring to tackle head on. With the support of governing bodies and employers we feel that New Career Skills can help make a difference in the industry.
If you are looking to change career then we can help you. New Career Skills have helped many people, from different walks of life, to change career and enjoy a new and better lifestyle (read the Recent Student Case Studies section). Whether you are a Banker, Lorry Driver or Office Worker it does not matter. Whether you are aged 21, 41 or 61 it does not matter. Request an Information Pack to find out if you are suited to a new career in the construction industry.
I would like to clarify our position regarding short courses. New Career Skills is not interested in getting large numbers of people on short courses and then leaving them to go out and cause havoc in people's homes. Our courses are designed and run in such a way that students get the fullest possible training and ongoing support so when they enter the industry they are competent. Short courses produce dangerous workers and give the industry a bad reputation!
I hope you find our Web site useful and informative and if you require any further information about New Career Skills please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best wishes,
Trevor Dormedy
New Career Skills Founder
